Machine Learning in Parking Lot System

Spring 2025 – current

Collaborating with a team to develop a machine learning system using YOLOv5 in Jupyter Notebook to count vehicles and detect parking lot violations through a custom dataset.

Designing an interactive website for user engagement and implementing license plate recognition for cars that are stored in a database.

School Course Management System

Fall 2024

Modified a Ruby on Rails website to manage a school courses database for authorized users, using Agile methodologies.

Pi-Hole Network

Summer 2024

Blocked around 70% of ads and potential malware on the home network by managing DNS requests to filter out intrusive content.

Music Industry Database

Spring 2024

Optimized data storage and retrieval for 44 musicians, each of their albums, and instrument records by developing a database using SQLite.

Hydroponic System – NASA MINDS (Telemetry Member)

Fall 2022 – Spring 2023

Created the pseudocode, connected, and programmed the motors so the robot can move and open/close the robot's hand.

Converted the DC circuits to AC by cutting and connecting the ground cables to the Arduino which allowed the programming of the air and water pumps.

Arduino Shield-Bot

Summer 2021

Assembled and programmed a functional robot capable of movement and obstacle avoidance using servo motors, ultrasonic sensor, and LEDs through the Arduino programming.
